OVERVIEW. 삼성물산의 한남4구역 재개발 사업으로, GLOW HILLS의 GLOW는 ‘널리 빛나다’ 라는 의미를 담고 있으며 한남 4구역의 중심에 위치한 보광로에서 그 이름의 뜻을 가져왔습니다. HILLS 는 보광동의 북고남저의 지리적 특성에서 비롯된 이름으로, 남산과 연결된 한남의 뛰어난 입지적 가치를 반영하며 탁월한 전망과 프라이버시가 제공되는 최상급 주거 단지의 품격을 상징합니다. 베리준오 디자인센터는 해당 수주전의 입찰 제안 단계에서, 단지에 ‘GLOW HILLS’ 라는 이름을 부여하고 정체성을 확립하였으며 크리에이티브 디렉팅을 담당하며 수주전 승리를 이끌었습니다.

In the redevelopment project of Hannam District 4 led by Samsung C&T, the name GLOW HILLS carries the meaning of “shining widely,” inspired by Bogwang-ro, the central road of the district. HILLS reflects the geographical characteristic of Bogwang-dong, where the land slopes from north to south, and symbolizes the prestigious residential complex offering outstanding views and privacy, situated in a prime location connected to Namsan Mountain. VERY JOON OH Design Center led the creative direction during the proposal stage of the bid, establishing the identity of the complex by naming it GLOW HILLS and played a key role in securing the project win.
